We decided to make the main triangle out of oversize steel with a HSS tapered head tube. Mike our machinist mills all of our bearing cups here in Columbus. We're the only bike company to offer these cups with the HSS head tube. The rear end is has ample clearance. It’s been designed around standard components, buy new stuff with the money you’ll save on this frame or pocket the cash, buy some beer and use stuff you have laying around. It’ll deliver you wherever you want to go. The perfect distraction from all of this carbon/aluminum madness. You'll be served up a daily reminder you're on a handmade american bike.
Your Wraith purchase includes a frame/fork. We'll leave the rest of the build up to you. Our frames will fit a 27.2mm seatpost and the proven english threaded BB. It's designed around a 140mm rear and 160mm front rotor. The rear end spacing is 135mm. The frame has provision for two bottles. The frame will arrive fully prepped for your build. Seat tube is 31.7mm. The frame is designed for a top pull front derailleur .
