The Thru Axle Nightlife our take on this drop bar segment has been designed with versatility in mind - this bike is the perfect companion for ripping on day-long adventures off the grid. Fit for gravel and the woods, but still fast rolling over pavement to your local watering hole. The Nightlife removes restrictions of on and off-road boundaries. We got inspired in the French Alpe's climbing d'huez and descending Serre Chevalier Vallee! This is the result. Whether you’re in the foothills, forests, in sight of the treeline, or on the road this bike will become your go-to rig.
Designed for all day long adventures with a more relaxed geometry than the Paycheck, and a higher stack height for a more heads up riding position. Because the Nightlife isn't designed for super-techy wooded areas and muddy racing the bottom bracket stays in a position more akin to that of a road bike at 71mm. Every piece of tubing on every frame size has been carefully chosen to provide the best ride possible. Double butted down, top, and seat tube, ovalized and dimpled chain stays, tapered seat stays.
The Nightlife is suitable as a commuting or touring bike – comfortable geometry, shorter reach. With a nice robust wheel and the ability to run a fat tire mean you can cope with hefty mileage over rough terrain. The bike has provisions for a rear rack, fenders and three triple bottle bosses, so you can load it up with a frame bag should you need to.
Your Wraith purchase includes a frame/fork. We'll leave the rest of the build up to you. Our frames will fit a universally available 27.2mm seatpost and the proven english threaded BB. It's designed around a 160mm rear and 160mm front rotor. The rear end spacing is 135mm. If you're ripping in a foreign land away from home base and have a mechanical we want you to have access to universal parts.
The frame has provision for two bottles. The frame will arrive fully prepped for your build. Seat tube is 31.7mm. The frame is designed for a top pull front derailleur .
